STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF BIOFUEL PRODUCTION ENTERPRISES

ANNOTATION
The article discusses the key features of strategic management in biofuel production, emphasizing an integrated approach involving research, system analysis, and scientific and practical methods. It focuses on strategic goal setting, systematic and cyclical approaches, and innovative methods. The article also analyses the impact of external and internal factors on strategic planning, considering the economic and competitive environment as well as technological potential. Emphasis is placed on the importance of technology and innovation in forming strategies. It considers the factors influencing successful strategic management implementation, particularly the understanding of its significance and the relationship between internal and external enterprise environments. It is noted that an analysis of the external environment is mandatory for studying the functioning of an enterprise, both in the current period and in the future. It has been determined that the formation of a biofuel production strategy involves analysing the external and internal environment, defining strategic goals, and developing a plan to achieve them. It is noted that the formation of the strategy is influenced by a thorough analysis of the external environment. The economic status of the biofuel industry, assessment of competitors and markets, as well as opportunities and risks that may affect future activities, are studied. The internal environment of the enterprise is analysed, which involves an assessment of its resource potential, technical capabilities, and personnel. It is noted that this stage helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, as well as to identify opportunities for its development. It is concluded that effective strategic management is an essential condition for the long-term success of enterprises in the field of biofuel production, which ensures their adaptability, competitiveness and sustainable development.
