Conceptualization of the institutional role of entrepreneurship in formation of the population employment mechanism for the sustainable development of rural areas

ANNOTATION
The article studies relevance of the problem of business development from the theoretical and methodological justification, conceptualization of the institutional role of this phenomenon in the formation of the population employment mechanism for the sustainable development of rural areas.
The theoretical foundations of the essence and methodological characteristics of business, as well as the concept of defining the organizational and functional characteristics of business as a factor in population employment, a mechanism for promoting sustainable business, are considered and systematized in the work. The exclusive role of entrepreneurship in shaping well-being of the population, ensuring the coordination of the effective use of resources and relations for the creation of social and economic benefits has been proven.
The expediency of considering the problems of business activity in close connection with the concept of sustainability of the socio-economic systems development is methodically substantiated. The basis of the emergence and principles of the business positioning in human life as an institution for formation of the conditions for the economic agents interaction within the framework of the organization of economic and other processes are characterized, in particular, emphasis is placed on agrarian relations and prerequisites for the sustainable development of rural areas.
The principles of the business activity organization in the formation of the mechanism of the population employment are outlined. It is concluded that functionality of business is connected with the qualities of social capital.
The levels of formation of the effects caused by the institutional mechanism of stimulating employment in agrarian business as a factor of labor force attraction and the use of hired labor are determined.
A methodological construction of the concept of the institutional role of business in formation of the population employment mechanism for the sustainable development of rural areas is proposed.
