ANNOTATION

Land relations in the agriculture is an integral part of socio-economic relations, the state of development and functioning of which depends largely on not only economic efficiency but also on the all-round development of the nation. So today further development of the methodological principles for the final completion of land reform needs to be further developed, and this primarily concerns the inclusion of land in the market factors of agricultural production, since the state where the land has already been transferred to private ownership and the mechanisms for the full realization of the right of private property on agricultural land are absent, leads only to slow down the pace of socio-economic and political development of Ukrainian society. The process of establishing private ownership of agricultural land in Ukraine is still quite controversial. The one part of society sees it as a guarantee of future sustainable development, and the other stands for the categorical denial of introducing the dominant role of private property. But the direction of the objective socio-economic development and the irreversibility of market reforms in Ukraine will not cause any doubt. In order to ensure the successful development of the agricultural sector and effective development of private ownership of an agricultural land should be created such economic conditions for businesses, which would give him the opportunity of sufficiently high rate to develop of branch infrastructure by attracting relatively cheap credit. The whole system of land relations should be directed, first of all, to create favorable conditions for agricultural enterprises, but not just for the landowners.
