Analysis of system of organization of adjusting of payment of labor in Ukraine

ANNOTATION
The use of advanced experience of developed countries is a necessity in the construction or adjustment of the remuneration system on the domestic enterprises and its individual components. The mechanism of state regu-lation of wages in the EU is based on the ratio of components such as: minimum wage, limits its growth in a period of inflation, fiscal policy (government regulation); the total order of indexation of incomes, forms and systems of remuneration, etc. (collectively-contractual regulation at the sectorial level); the sizes of tariff rates and salaries, bonuses and allowances (collective agreements); the average wage (labor market).
On the basis of the concept of flexible rate of foreign experts have developed a model of wages in which the size of the tariff depends on the effectiveness of labour. The fluctuations in the economy generates inflation, which reduces the real value of wages in consumer services and determines the need for indexing for align-ment of wages and restore purchasing power of the population. At the enterprises of the EU countries, wide-spread individual wages. To improve the organizational and economic regulation of wages in Ukraine should switch to direct taxation total gross family income, which occurs at intermediate stages of profit, and on the other end.
